The Together for Mission Zero Platform has been running successful community events since March 2022. The events have explored different topics (see below) related to our critical mission zero journey and have been attended by the general public alongside relevant stakeholders. The events are run quarterly and are open to the public.
As a decentralised network of support, calling for action at all levels, please consider running your own event – our community is fully supportive!

The TFMZ coastal hub was launched at Building 41 Cowes on 4 March 2025. The meeting was well attended by approx 50 experts and enthusiasts in the field and included presentations by Andy Hunt.
The sessions will invite you to describe your visions for a socially fair, net zero island.
‘Open Space’ is a meeting framework that allows an unlimited number of participants to form their own discussions around a central theme.
The Together for Mission Zero Community organised two climate change hustings over the month of June to hear views from all island electoral candidates on the implementation of the islands Mission Zero strategy.
At our March 12th event we want to create, once again, a space of networking and collaboration on the community’s journey of change.

The next TFMZ event will take place on Wednesday 8th February 2023 at the Department, 29-30 Cross St, Ryde PO33 2AA.
This particular network meet will give us an opportunity to hear about action on the island towards mission zero at different scales.
Our second event was based in Caffee Isola on the 15th June 2022. The theme was “Getting to know the Together for Mission Zero Community”.
Our first ever ‘Together For Mission Zero’ (TFMZ) event took place on the 22nd March 2022 at Quay Arts. Over 80 Islanders attended.
